Her most well-known character is in the reality show "The Girls Next Door" that follows her and two co-stars in the Playboy Mansion, and in "Holly's World", a documentary about Holly's experiences as a model at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. Her first film was the American found-footage horror film "The Last Broadcast" in 1998. Her return to filmmaking came after having a break from the industry in the late 2000s because of her growing popularity on reality TV. Madison has also been in the media glare for issues related to her personal life. Madison was the girlfriend of Hugh Hefner who founded the "Playboy" magazine. This brought her much press.
